How can I purchase a NickWatch Data Pack?

If you purchase a NickWatch through our official website, you will be prompted to select a Data Pack when you add your NickWatch to the shopping cart. After completing your purchase, an activation code will be sent to you by email. When setting up your administrator account on the NickWatch App, you’ll need to enter this code. If you purchase your NickWatch in person, you’ll be prompted to buy a Data Pack through the NickWatch App during account setup.
Can I change the shipping address?

How do I restart my NickWatch?

Press the orange button for 3 seconds to power off the watch. Once it’s off, press the same button for another 3 seconds to turn it back on.
To force a reboot, press the orange button for 25 seconds.

Ensure the NickWatch is charged by placing it on the Power Station or connecting it to the Connect-o Cable. Make sure it’s connected to a working power outlet. If using the Power Station, verify that power is flowing by turning on the light switch.
1. Align the pins of the charger with the pins on the watch. After 10 minutes, the watch should power on automatically. If it doesn’t, disconnect the watch from the charger and press the orange button for 25 seconds or until the NickWatch logo appears.
2. Check that the back of the watch and the charging circle are clean and undamaged. Align the metal pins on the charger with the metal circles on the back of the watch and gently apply pressure to ensure a proper connection.

Ensure the following conditions are met:
– The NickWatch has at least a 35% charge.
– It is connected to the charger cable directly to an electricity source.
– It is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network (2.4 GHz).
Once these conditions are met, you can initiate the software update.
To update your NickWatch manually:
From the home screen (the screen with the time), swipe down to open an options panel (status bar) > Press the i icon > Scroll down the screen until you reach the “Update” button > Press Update, and the watch will run the new version.
